Typical sessions include:
- Change Management (one to two days) – aimed at Change Management professionals who want to update their knowledge with the latest methods & techniques. Topics include Managing Change, Commercial & Financial Management , Change Delivery and Building Change Teams
- Initiation & Mobilisation – aimed at project & business managers who are responsible for developing projects, programmes and portfolios. The session covers business case development, investment appraisal, project management planning, setting objectives, quality management and sponsoring projects
- Planning – aimed at project managers who are responsible for defining & planning projects. Key areas covered include Time & Resource planning, Risk Analysis, Risk Management, Procurement & Contract Management and Scope Development
- Control & reporting – aimed at project managers who are responsible for delivering projects. Key areas covered are performance & status reporting, change & configuration management, third party management, team development & leadership and turnaround or rescue of failing projects
Individual topics can be covered if required as all of our materials are modular. We don’t believe that one course fits all
