This P3M3 model was developed by the OGC, the writers of PRINCE2 and Managing Successful Programmes and identifies the level of maturity of an organisation on a scale of 1 to 5.
For other organisations that are using Agile we have developed a similar approach that reviews & assesses the organisation on five levels of maturity or readiness to embrace Agile.
