For business critical roles Programme Development has developed the Structured Interview for an in-depth analysis of an individuals skills & abilities.
After a normal debrief the candidate is given up to a week to prepare a presentation of one of their projects and completed a detailed questionnaire covering their experience throughout their career.
The structured interview is completed by one of our consultants and typically the line manager of the candidate for support.
It reviews the candidates past project experience, their presentation and case studies and provides a clear view of an individual’s ability & experience against the relevant Technical Competency standard.
This service provides unparalleled levels of analysis for an individual. Not only are the standard knowledge & technical skills reviewed but the individuals leadership, communication, conflict management and commercial acumen are assessed.
This session is also followed by a comprehensive debrief and detailed proposals for future development and management.
